2027 FitBody Fusion Athlete Summit
Terms of Service and Ticket Purchase Agreement
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service and Ticket Purchase Agreement (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for the 2027 FitBody Fusion Athlete Summit (“Summit” or “Event”), organized by DB Limited LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as FitBody Fusion (“FBF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accepting, receiving, transferring, or using a Summit ticket, you (“Attendee” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Event Information
The Summit will take place on the dates, at the times, and at the location identified on the official registration page and ticket confirmation.
Event programming may include educational presentations, workshops, demonstrations, networking opportunities, sponsor presentations, awards, fitness-related activities, meals, entertainment, and an evening gala.
All schedules, speakers, presenters, activities, locations, and programming are subject to change.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must provide complete and accurate information when purchasing or registering for a ticket. You are responsible for keeping your registration and contact information current.
Unless otherwise stated, attendees must be at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 must have advance written authorization from FBF and must attend with a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian may be required to sign additional consent and liability forms.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke registration if information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Terms.
3. Tickets and Admission
A valid ticket or registration confirmation is required for admission. Tickets provide access only to the sessions, activities, meals, or experiences specifically included in the purchased ticket type.
Certain portions of the Summit, including the gala, VIP experiences, assessments, workshops, or other limited-capacity activities, may require a separate ticket, reservation, or additional fee.
Attendees may be required to present photo identification that matches their registration information. Summit credentials, wristbands, badges, or tickets must not be duplicated, altered, or shared.
Lost, stolen, or damaged credentials may not be replaced.
4. Payment
All ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, processing fees, service fees, or optional add-ons will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Payment must be completed through an approved payment method. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or charged back, FBF may cancel the associated ticket and deny admission. You remain responsible for any legitimate outstanding balance and associated collection or processing costs permitted by law.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable, except when required by applicable law or when FBF cancels the Summit in its entirety and does not provide a rescheduled date, replacement event, or comparable alternative.
Refunds will not be provided for:
-
Personal scheduling conflicts;
-
Travel delays or cancellations;
-
Illness, injury, or inability to attend;
-
Failure to obtain transportation or lodging;
-
Changes to speakers, presenters, activities, schedules, or programming;
-
Late arrival, early departure, or removal for violating these Terms;
-
Failure to attend any included session, meal, gala, or activity; or
-
Dissatisfaction with individual presentations, speakers, vendors, or programming.
Travel, airfare, lodging, meals not expressly included, transportation, and other personal expenses are purchased at the attendee’s own risk and will not be reimbursed by FBF.
6. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or offered through an unauthorized third-party platform.
FBF may permit a ticket to be transferred to another individual if a written request is submitted to arizona@fitbodyfusion.com no later than 12/31/2026. Transfers are subject to approval, availability, administrative requirements, and any applicable transfer fee.
Promotional, complimentary, discounted, VIP, or specially issued tickets may be nontransferable. FBF is not responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized ticket sales.
7. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
FBF may modify the Event’s date, schedule, location, format, speakers, presenters, activities, or programming when reasonably necessary.
If the Summit is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will generally be transferred to the rescheduled Event. A change in schedule, programming, speaker lineup, room assignment, or venue within the same general geographic area does not constitute cancellation.
If FBF cancels the Summit in its entirety and does not offer a rescheduled date, replacement event, ticket credit, or comparable alternative, FBF’s maximum responsibility will be limited to the amount paid directly to FBF for the affected ticket, excluding processing or third-party fees to the extent permitted by law.
FBF is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, public health emergencies, government orders, labor disputes, civil unrest, acts or threats of violence, transportation interruptions, utility or technology failures, venue closures, or the illness or unavailability of speakers or key personnel.
8. Attendee Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and safely. Prohibited conduct includes:
-
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threatening behavior;
-
Physical violence or unsafe conduct;
-
Disruption of presentations, workshops, activities, or Event operations;
-
Unauthorized commercial solicitation or distribution of promotional materials;
-
Recording or photographing others in private or restricted settings without permission;
-
Possession or use of illegal substances;
-
Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior;
-
Damage to the venue or another person’s property;
-
Unauthorized access to restricted areas; and
-
Conduct that violates applicable law, venue policies, or FBF instructions.
FBF and venue personnel may deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms. Removal does not entitle the attendee to a refund.
Attendees are financially responsible for damage they cause to the venue, Event property, or the property of others.
9. Health and Fitness Activities
Certain Summit activities may involve exercise, movement demonstrations, posing, physical assessments, stretching, or other fitness-related participation.
Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for evaluating your own health and physical readiness before participating. You should not participate in any activity that exceeds your capabilities or conflicts with advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
You must immediately stop participating and notify Event personnel if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, illness, or other concerning symptoms.
FBF may require attendees to complete a separate health questionnaire, informed consent, or liability waiver before participating in designated activities. Refusal to complete a required form may result in exclusion from that activity without a refund.
10. Assumption of Risk
You understand that attending a live event involves inherent and unforeseen risks, including risks associated with crowds, travel, food, facilities, physical activity, communicable illnesses, slips, trips, falls, equipment, and the actions of other attendees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks connected with your attendance and participation, whether known or unknown, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless DB Limited LLC, together with its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, including entities operating or doing business as FitBody Fusion, FBF West, FBF East, FBF Coaching, and FBF Performance Centers, and each entity’s respective past, present, and future owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, independent contractors, instructors, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, insurers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from claims arising from or related to your attendance or voluntary participation in the Summit.
The Released Parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost opportunities, travel expenses, lodging costs, or loss of personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties’ total liability arising from the Summit or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to FBF for your ticket.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
12. Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. FBF, the venue, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and Event personnel are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property.
Any items left at the venue may be handled according to the venue’s lost-property procedures.
13. Photography, Video, and Media Release
The Summit may be photographed, livestreamed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
By entering the Event, you grant FBF and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and statements captured in Event-related media for lawful marketing, promotional, educational, archival, and commercial purposes in any format or medium, worldwide and without additional compensation.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release the Released Parties from claims related to their authorized use.
If you have a privacy or safety concern, contact arizona@fitbodyfusion.com before the Summit. Although FBF will make reasonable efforts to accommodate advance requests, complete exclusion from incidental crowd photography or recording cannot be guaranteed.
14. Attendee Photography and Recording
Personal photography and short-form recording may be permitted unless otherwise announced. Flash photography, professional recording equipment, livestreaming, or recording full presentations may be prohibited.
Presentation materials, slides, videos, demonstrations, and other Event content may contain copyrighted or confidential information. Attendees may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially use Event content without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
FBF may require an attendee to stop recording or delete unauthorized content when legally permissible.
15. Intellectual Property
The FitBody Fusion name, logos, Event branding, presentation materials, graphics, videos, program materials, and other Summit content are owned by FBF or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your ticket provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to attend the Summit. It does not grant ownership or permission to copy, modify, distribute, teach, sell, license, or create derivative works from Summit content.
16. Speakers, Sponsors, Vendors, and Third Parties
The opinions expressed by speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, or attendees are their own and do not necessarily represent FBF.
Products, services, advice, or claims offered by third parties are solely the responsibility of those third parties. FBF does not guarantee or endorse any third-party product, service, recommendation, or result merely because the party participates in or sponsors the Summit.
Any transaction between an attendee and a third party is made at the attendee’s discretion and risk.
17. Food, Beverages, and Allergies
If food or beverages are provided, attendees are responsible for identifying their own allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, and medical needs.
FBF and the venue cannot guarantee that food will be free from allergens or cross-contact. Attendees with significant dietary or allergy concerns should contact arizona@fitbodyfusion.com in advance and make appropriate personal arrangements when necessary.
Alcoholic beverages, if offered, may be served only to attendees of legal drinking age who present valid identification. FBF or venue personnel may refuse service at their discretion. Attendees are responsible for arranging safe transportation and consuming alcohol responsibly.
18. Accessibility and Accommodations
FBF is committed to providing reasonable access to the Summit. Requests for disability-related accommodations should be submitted to arizona@fitbodyfusion.com by 12/31/2026.
FBF will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timely requests but cannot guarantee that all requested accommodations will be available.
19. No Guarantee of Results
Summit content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Attendance does not guarantee any specific athletic, fitness, health, business, financial, competitive, or personal result.
Nothing presented during the Summit constitutes individualized medical, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Attendees should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding their individual circumstances.
20. Privacy and Communications
Information collected during registration will be handled according to FBF’s applicable privacy practices and may be used to:
-
Process and manage registration;
-
Provide Event updates and logistical information;
-
Address safety and accessibility needs;
-
Deliver purchased services;
-
Communicate about future FBF programs, events, and offerings, subject to applicable law; and
-
Comply with legal and operational requirements.
You are responsible for monitoring the email address provided during registration. FBF is not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect information, spam filters, full inboxes, or a failure to review Event correspondence.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written communication and informal discussion.
Unless otherwise required by law, any legal action arising from these Terms or the Summit must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
22. Changes to These Terms
FBF may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material updates will be posted through the Event registration platform, official website, or attendee communications.
The version in effect when a ticket is purchased will generally govern that purchase, except for updates required by law or reasonably necessary for Event safety and administration.
23. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any portion of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with the ticket description, registration information, privacy notices, venue rules, and any separately signed waivers, constitute the entire agreement concerning attendance at the Summit.
Failure by FBF to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
